Withdrawal Rules

Notice for Withdrawal
  • A minimum of one calendar month's written notice is required prior to withdrawal.
  • Without proper notice, a charge equivalent to one month’s fee will apply.
Withdrawal from Transport Facility
  • A three-month (one-quarter) written notice is required to discontinue transport services.
  • Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge equal to one-quarter transport fee.
Caution Money Refund
  • Refund of caution money will be processed upon withdrawal after full clearance of dues.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the prescribed application form.
  • Claims must be made within one year from the date of withdrawal.
Fees for May Withdrawals
  • Students withdrawing in May must pay the full fee for the first quarter (April-June).
Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • TC issuance is subject to clearance of all dues including Accounts, Class Teacher, Library, and Sports.
